A small upgrade was completed on 5.9.17 to implement the following fixes/changes.
DELETE APPLICATIONS: Provider Admins are now able to delete applications in their programs. Please keep in mind that all application deletions are permanent and that the deletion of an application will also result in the deletion of the associated evaluations. We urge you to use this sparingly.
EXPORT AND MERGE APPS AND PDF ATTACHMENTS: Provider Admins and Provider Users will now see an additional option in the Print menu in the Applicants and Reports tables. This option will print a PDF version of the application in the format you selected and will append any PDFs uploaded to that application into a single PDF file. At this time, we are unable to convert and merge any file attachment that is not a PDF.
APPLICANT LOGIN ON CLOSED PROGRAMS: We've noticed that there are a number of applicants who are invited to come back to review their application after the deadline, but were not offered a direct login. We have corrected this so that there is always an existing Applicant login option, regardless of the status of a program (this does not allow anyone to apply to or access a program when it is closed).
INFO ICON: The pop-up displayed when the Info option in My Applications (applicants' view) is clicked would sometimes not close completely. This has been fixed.
AWARD NOTIFICATION: The Notify function in the Awards tables was not working properly, causing the emails to fail. This has been fixed.
APPS BY CYCLE: The Apps by Cycle table (under Program Cycles) was not filtering when searching on Organization. This has been fixed.
