Find apps easily with the new "Apps" column
The new "Apps" column in the Users table lets you see exactly how many applications a user has created across all of your programs. The number that displays in this column is actually a hyperlink, and clicking on it will take you to a list of applications specific to that user. From this list, you can see the program applied to, status, deadline, date last modified, and the AppID. As always, clicking on the AppID will open up the View Mode version of the application.
Contact Info now appears in Info Requests
When recommenders access information request pages, they will now see a line of text between the program information and the start of the recommendation that reads: "If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact <Program Contact Name> at <Program Contact Email>".
Now, recommenders can easily reach the individual in your organization who's in charge of the related program for any questions about the request. The contact email is presented as a mailto link, which will automatically create an email in the default program when clicked on.
