The user who needs to correct their name and/or email address can make these changes. The user can simply log into their account, click "My Account" in the blue menu bar towards the top of the page. Here they can change their name, email address, or password.
When changing their name or email address, the current password will also need to be entered twice in order to make the changes.
When changing their password, they simply need to enter the new password twice and click "Save".
If the user no longer remembers their password and cannot login to their account to make these changes, they can go to www.smarterselect.com, click "Login" in the top right corner of the page. Then, they will click on "Forgot Password?" They will need to enter the email address that their account is under and a reset link will be sent to that email address. Once they've reset their password, they can enter their account to make these changes.
Note: As a provider, if your user has the wrong email address listed for their account, you can go into your Users list (click on "Users" on the blue menu bar) and find the user. Here, right click on the email address and select "Copy". You can then paste the current spelling of the account's email address and send it to the user.
