To ensure security, only a member of the SmarterSelect team can change the role of a user. For example, if you have someone set up as an Evaluator but want them to be a Provider User instead, send a request to Support and we will have the user's role updated for you.
Please be sure to provide all of the following information in your request:
- First and last name of user to be changed
- Email address of user to be changed
- User's current role
- User's desired role
