There are three levels to your form, in this order:
Every form must have at least one page, one section, and one question. A question cannot exist without a section and a section cannot exist without a page.
You can have as many pages, sections, and questions as you wish. It is best practice to break down your form into "bite-size chunks" to avoid information overload for your applicants as well as a difficult time navigating and editing the form for you.
At the form level, you will be able to change order or create a new page.
At the page level, you will be able to change order, create a new page, create a new section, or create a new question.
At the section level, you will be able to change order, create a new section, or create a new question.
Most scholarship and grant forms will consist of 5 to 6 parts.
