So you've decided to evaluate your applicants in multiple rounds but you don't see an option to do it.
With this guide, you will be able to set up evaluation questions and manage them for multiple rounds of evaluations.
Add your evaluation questions. In this case, you would want to add the questions for both rounds, even though not all of the questions are going to be answered the first time around, you will want to add all of your questions anyway.

Now you've got all of your evaluation questions but only some of the questions are being asked in round one. So what we need to do is hide the second round of questions from our evaluators so that they will only see the first round of questions.
In order to do this, you will need to edit the question. Go to your form menu and click on the + (plus) icon next to the page that the question you want to edit is in. Next, click on the + icon on the section that your question is in
You will see a list of all of the questions in that section, left click on the text of the question you want to edit to bring up the edit screen (it will look something like the screenshot below)
In order to hide the second round questions, you will want to go in and edit all of your second round questions and click on "hide from evaluators"
Now that your second round questions are hidden, you can assign your applications to evaluators. They will only see the first round questions.

Step 4: Your first round is finished and all of your evaluations have been submitted and now it's time for round 2!
Now we need to edit all of the first round questions and CHECK "Hide from Evaluators"
Next, we will edit the second round questions and UNCHECK "Hide from Evaluators"
If you are using the same set of evaluators for the second round, at this point your evaluators can go back in and score the applications again. This time, they will see only the second round questions as the first will be hidden.
If you are using a different group of evaluators, you will need to assign the applications to the new evaluators.
