Need to schedule interviews for your submitted applicants? With SmarterSelect's Interview feature, you can manage invitations for your submitted applicants.
*Please note that you cannot conduct the interviews via SmarterSelect, you will just be able to schedule and manage invitations*
To get started, you will need to have a few submitted applications (applications with the status of "Submitted")
**If you have no applications with the "Submitted" status, you will not see them on the interview page**
Once you meet that criteria, select Interviews from the admin menu within the program:
If you have submitted applications, you will see a list of them here:
Just left-click on the applicant name to get started adding interview information:
Once you are done entering information, the "Send" button will turn green, and you can send the email.
*Please note the time can be set in increments of 5 minutes*
Once the email is sent, you can track who has accepted the interview invitation from this menu.
